Wedding Process

Booking
Once you are ready to book I will send over the proposal. You can read through and sign the contract. The retainer payment of 30% will be due within one week of signing. Your final payment will be due two weeks before your wedding.

Engagement Session
Now that your date is secured, we can plan your engagement session (If you added that on). This is a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable in front of my camera to ease some nerves for the wedding day!

Planning
A couple months prior to your wedding, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to gather key information about your day. Then we can hop on a call to create a custom photography timeline tailored to your celebration, and go over all the details!

Your Wedding
Your wedding day is here! Throughout the day, I’ll be there to gently guide you when needed, allowing the day to flow smoothly, while also capturing the candid, heartfelt moments that make your story truly yours.

Gallery Delivery
Within 5 Days after your wedding, you will receive 50-100 preview images. Your curated full gallery will be delivered within 7 weeks.

One month prior to your senior session I will send you a questionnaire to learn more about what you’re looking for when it comes to photos, and a planning guide with tips and info to help you prepare.

Your session day is here! Come as you are and I will guide you through posing, providing a fun experience.

Gallery delivery
Within 3 Days after your session I will deliver 15 preview images. Your full gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Hi, I’m Emma — a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I blend candid storytelling with modern editorial posing, creating images filled with warmth, connection, and the beauty of real moments.
I’ve always loved creating. Ever since I was young, I’ve been drawn to photography and the arts — taking pictures of birds and nature in my backyard, making videos for YouTube, and finding joy in any creative project I could find. I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, so I started my photography business in high school just for fun. I never imagined it would grow into the full-time career I have now, and I’m so grateful that it did.
